EMT CEU Training
Course Description:
NJ EMT’s require 24 elective CEU credits, along with a 24-hour EMT Refresher to recertify their EMT credentials. CEU programs are designed to accrue the necessary hours to maintain a NJ EMT Certification.
Elective CEU programs are available at a variety of locations, and private or on-site programs are available at your organizations. If you would like more information about Elective CEU training at your location, please use the quotation link below.
- Information needed to recognize infants and children at risk for cardiopulmonary arrest
- Information and strategies needed to prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children
- The cognitive and psychomotor skills needed to resuscitate and stabilize infants and children in respiratory failure, shock or cardiopulmonary arrest.
Course Length: Varies
Refresher Course Length: 8 hours
Intended Audience: NJ EMT’s looking to recertify their credential. Also non-EMT’s at your organization (first responders, drivers, etc) are welcome to attend most courses.
