01/20/01 - Work has begun in enabling TCM to use the new NSC and AHA certificates. |

04/03/01 – AHA new certificate printing now enabled. TCM will print the AHA Year 2000 3 card sheet and 2 card self-mailer sheet. |

Upgrade Instructions (Going to Version 4.0 from Version 3.0 and
higher) – If you still have version 2.03, please call us at 888-277-3671
to upgrade |

FIRST
COPY THE WHOLE TCM FOLDER ON TO A CD OR OTHER BACKUP DEVICE then: 1. Download
and install TCMv4 2. Go
to START MENU - ALL PROGRAMS - TCMv4 – RECOVER PREVIOUS TCM DATA 3. Follow
the directions in the RECOVER utility This will copy your data
tables into TCMv4. You can then
start TCMv4 from the desktop shortcut or from the START MENU shortcut. Your previous TCM will still work,
and you can keep it as an archive copy, but DO NOT
use it for data entry. While we can take old data and place it into new
versions of TCM, we cannot merge databases cleanly. Once you upgrade successfully, please stop using
TCMv3. It may be a good idea to
uninstall TCMv3 to avoid confusion as far as what version you are using. |
