I am elsa tamse, i took a class of BLS last oct 1 at on time medical transportation under miss katie,but until now i have not recieved my completion card/certificate from her. I have tried calling her many times but there is no response. I already paid for class thru her. And i did pass the post lecture exam given. I need that certificate  this week. Is it possible to email it to me. Hope for your response regarding this matter.
